  This was my first time dealing with vehicle damage. The service offered at CARSTAR Summerside was super. Zach, in particular, was professional, easy to get a hold of, and patient in answering my many questions. The work done was top notch. I highly recommend!

  The staff, including the Manager, were very nice and helpful. The car was ready when they said it would be. It was easy to get an appointment. I would highly recommended this Collision Center !!!

  Excellent Job, with top notch Customer Service. My Vehicle had lots of damage to to a Rodent inside. They were very thorough to figure out where the animal was coming in, and to make sure they replaced all the damaged parts. Getting into a rental was a super easy process as well. They also dealt with the insurance. Certainly took care of everything for me. Thank you! - Alyssa MacLean

  Unfortunately, this was not the case, worst auto-body repair experience I have ever had done to my vehicle. I will never return to let this crew at my car again.....in fact I won't be bringing my Motorcycle back for service at Centennial motorcycle division, nor will I ever buy anything from any Centennial owned business on PEI again. Poor quality workmanship, poor quality explanation of work to be performed and no contact with me while they found more serious damage, and didn't fill me in on this until after the fact...then tried to pass it off and misdirect the actual findings when I went back and said something was not right with my vehicle.

  Well if you consider almost good enough, and a series of double talk and misdirection a part of a good experience...then I had an excellent stellar superior experience with these guys. I just love the way my car turned out.. :(
