  Bar tenders 5/5 diverse environment but something as simple as fixing a lock on a stall after weeks and weeks shows just how inexpensive the owner of The Big Mug is.

  I give a one star rating because security is a joke, I was threatened in the washroom by two drunk men I was scared, very, minus the fact the lock on the stall door is broken and hasn't been fixed for at least three weeks to a month, My back against the stall door terrified, mortified, I quickly googled The Big Mug SUmmerside on my smartphone and quickly said "I'm in the washroom send security in know I'm really scared of these drunk men." Security claimed there wasn't anyone in the mens room, Yeah? Check video survalence and plus I was there in the bathroom scared to death moreless, I got angry at security and said in front of him, the bar tender, and the owner of who was there look at your camera footage, Security 'claimed' there was no one there, I got mad and said maybe your not best fit for a security position, I was scared to he** you sed**tic son of a b***h.

  The staff is very sweet very nice it's good place to go at times when there's no fights happening inside

  My wedding night we all went here for drinks and had a customer pay off our tab. Mind you, he got a little handsie with my MOH and they kicked him out of our VIP and kept him out.

  Nice TV spot for news and sports, food was good too. Oriental food. Manager (Owner?) very helpful
